I’m writing to you with regards to the position with your company for Senior
Customer Service
I’ve spent two years and working full time for Customer Service, with an Area
Manager position at logistic company. During this time, I currently manage a team
of 25 staffs and most of them is very young. I set up a goal for every new project
and be charge of maintain weekly, monthly KP. I finding solutions when
something bad happens which my staffs can not deal with. But the last my target
is makes my customers feel happy and comfortable with our company service.
What I like most about my current job is that it gives me the opportunity to learn
and be more experience at your company where I want to become a part of it.
And It looks like this position work do the same. I’m sure that, with my
experience, my young heart and all necessary skills for this position, I’ll finish the
job in the best way.
