    The Staff Selection Commission published the results of the 2023 Combined Graduate Level Examination Tier-I on September 19, 2023, withholding the results of 113 candidates due to ongoing court cases. In compliance with an interim order from the Principal Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal in New Delhi, the withheld results of 107 candidates from the court case are now being declared and are provisional pending the final court outcome. Admit cards for the Tier-II exam will be issued by regional offices and results will be available online from October 23 to 25, 2023. All other provisions from the original September 19th results notice also apply to these 107 candidates.

    Subject: Declaration of withheld result of 107 candidates of Combined Graduate Level


    Examination (Tier-I), 2023 in compliance of Court Order in OA No. 1940/2023.
    The Commission published the result of Tier-I of Combined Graduate Level
    Examination, 2023 on 19.09.2023 on the website of the Commission wherein result of 113
    candidates were kept withheld on account of various Court Cases.
    2. Now, in compliance of the Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi’s interim order
    dated 09.10.2023 in OA No. 1940/2023 filed in Hon’ble CAT, New Delhi, withheld result of
    107 candidates is declared as per the list Annexed. The result is provisional and subject to the
    final outcome of the Court Case.
    3. Admit cards of the qualified candidates for appearing in Tier-II examination will be
    issued by the concerned Regional Offices and the qualified candidates are advised to visit the
    website of the Regional Office concerned. Further, the marks of the qualified/non-qualified
    candidates will be hosted on the website of the Commission from 23.10.2023 (06:00 PM) to
    25.10.2023 (06:00 PM).
    4. All the paras/provisions of the Result Write-Up dated 19.09.2023 of the said
    examination will remain applicable for these 107 qualified/non-qualified candidates also.
