TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RAPIDO DELIVERY AND PARCEL

THIS DOCUMENT IS AN ELECTRONIC RECORD IN TERMS OF INFORMATION


TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000 AND RULES THEREUNDER AS APPLICABLE AND THE
PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO ELECTRONIC RECORDS IN VARIOUS STATUTES AS
AMENDED BY THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000.
These Rapido Delivery Terms and Conditions ("Delivery Terms") are hereby accepted and agreed to
by the company and constitute a legally binding agreement by and between the Captain (defined below)
and Roppen Transportation Services Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the
Companies Act, 2013 having its registered office address at Plot No.48, H.NO.2-66/5, Megha Hills,
Madhapur Hyderabad, Telangana-500081 (“Rapido”).

Rapido provides (i) on-demand transportation services for booking of two-wheelers, three-wheelers,
and four-wheelers, to customers, and (ii) delivery services between the third-party riders (“Captains”)
and customers by means of the Company’s website and the mobile application “Rapido” (“Platform”).

ABOUT THE SERVICE

This delivery service ("Service") include:

i. Food delivery- Pickup and deliver food parcels to customers from restaurants.
ii. Grocery delivery - Pickup and deliver groceries to customers from stores.
iii. Rapido parcel - Pick up the items/parcels from customers and deliver to their chosen locations.

ELIGIBILITY:

Captain needs to fulfil the following eligibility criteria for providing the Service:

i. Complete minimum number of two-wheeler rides as mentioned by Rapido from time to time,
ii. Pay one-time joining fee (“Joining Fee”) by going to Service Manager > Food Delivery
(Parcel/Food), and
iii. Complete the training by watching the videos on the Platform and answer the quiz questions
correctly.

DETAILS OF THE SERVICE:

i. Once the Captain is eligible for the Service, it can choose to provide part-time, or a full-time
Service on the Platform, based on their preferences. Rapido offers complete flexibility to the
Captains to choose their working shifts.
ii. Rapido will transfer the earnings instantly after successful completion of Service into the
Captain’s wallet/account.
iii. By paying the Joining Fee and performing the Service, the Captain will be eligible for a
cashback which shall be determined basis the Captain location (“Cashback”). The Cashback
amount can be changed at the sole discretion of the Company.
iv. The Captain shall be eligible for the Cashback by fulfilling these conditions:
• Completing the target given to the Captain at the time of signing-up which shall be
changed at the sole discretion of the Company,
• Completing the target within the stipulated term provided to the Captain, as decided by
the Company, and
• If during the performance of the Service for the term, the Captain is not suspended.
v. The Captain will get the cashback as soon as it achieves the target. It will receive the cashback
amount within 24 hours of competition of the target. The cashback will be transferred to
Captain’s Rapido wallet/account. The Cashback will be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
vi. The Service can be suspended for the Captain in case any of the following are observed:
- Failure to complete an accepted order
- Frequently cancelling the orders without any reason
- Repeated behavioural issues reported by the customers against the Captain

The duration of suspension varies with the severity and the frequency of issue that resulted in
suspension.

vii. In case, the Cashback does not get credited/transferred to Captain’s Rapido wallet/account,
the Captain can resolve the concern by reaching out to the customer care number or email
mentioned below:

Captain can also reach out to the Customer Care through our 24*7 call support with respect to
any technical issues faced by you on the Platform.

viii. The Captain can track its progress during the term in 2 simple steps:
1) Go to Service Manager
2) Click on Track your Progress
ix. In case, the Captain changes its location or mobile number after paying the Joining Fee and
before receiving the Cashback, he/she will be ineligible for receiving the Cashback.
x. New rejoining bonus (“RJB”) will not be assigned to the Captain in case the Captain is already
performing the Services by paying the Joining Fee, subject to the following conditions:
a) If RJB is assigned on day 0 and the Captain pays Joining Fee on day 1, then the Captain
will be eligible for both RJB and the Cashback,
b) If the Captain is suspended during the term after paying the Joining Fee, then the
Captain will not be eligible for the Cashback.
