Policy on Use of Inappropriate Language

ASHTON APPAREL (EPZ) LIMITED requires all its employees to be professional and considerate
in use of language no matter the circumstances.

Reporting Responsibility: This Policy is intended to encourage and enable employees and
others to raise serious concerns internally so that CO or unit heads can address and correct the
concerns with regard to the inappropriate use of language. It is the responsibility of all board
members, officers, employees and volunteers to report concerns about violations of ASHTON
APPAREL (EPZ)’s Policy on use of inappropriate language and code of ethics that govern
ASHTON APPAREL (EPZ) operations.

It is contrary to the values of ASHTON APPAREL (EPZ) LIMITED, for anyone to retaliate against
any board member, officer, and employee or volunteer who in good faith reports a violation, or
a suspected violation of this policy. An employee who retaliates against someone who has
reported the use of inappropriate language in good faith is subjected to disciplinary action up to
and including termination of employment.

Handling of Reported Violations: ASHTON APPAREL (EPZ) LIMITED’s Compliance Officer /


Compliance Head / HR department at Central Office/ unit level will notify the person who
submitted a complaint and acknowledge receipt of the reported use of inappropriate language.
All reports will be promptly investigated and appropriate corrective action will be taken if
warranted by the investigation.
