Chapter 3. How to read Momentum?

The Candles are showing us the strength of Momentum, or when Momentum is slowing down, or when
it is shifting. You can analyze each and every Candlestick for Momentum itself.

The chances that you bank a homerun are high if you are riding with strong Momentum. Typically you
will see strong Momentum at the beginning of a move, and then it starts to slow down and get
exhausted. You can identify that in nearly every move of the market on every timeframe.

Go to your charts, look at them, analyze each and every candle and identify the strength of the
Momentum for each and every candle. You want to make sure that you become a master of
understanding how the market moves typically in different kind of scenarios, aka the pieces of the
puzzle that we want to capitalize on. Take your time and practice to analyze Momentum and the shifts
in Momentum.
