    Friday 06.10.23 International Dinner and Kick off party:


    @ 5.30pm We will meet up and make our way together to the Mensa
    Rempartstrasse where the dinner and the party take place. (costs for
    Letter boxes UZH/
    the dinner: 8 Euro)

    Thursday 12.10.23 City-Tour and free lunch in the Mensa Rempartstrasse:

    @10 am We will go for a walk in the city-centre and have lunch together
    at the canteen. New residents are invited by the SWFR. In
    Letter boxes UZH/ order to receive a free meal, you need to register by 10.10.23
    Dorm Berliner Allee
    via email (wohnheimtutoren.uzh.ba@gmail.com) and join us as
    a group.

    Saturday 14.10.23 Welcome Picnic:

    @ 2 pm We will meet in the dorms and walk over to Seepark. We will share
    the location in the Whatsapp group if you want to join later on. We
    Letter boxes UZH/ will bring along snacks and outdoor games. Please bring something
    Dorm Berliner Allee for our little snack buffet and some games if you like. In case of bad
    weather, this event will take place inside in one of the dorms.
