Dear Sir,

As we know that we are receiving numerous complains and troubles from the staffroom and
the employees getting difficulties in working there. And since I received to mail in resolving this
issue, so it’s my responsibility to look up in this matter and do something effective to make the
workflow smooth.

So, I came up with the following ideas and made the following changes to solve the problem:

 We changed the color of the staffroom from red to white so the environment fells calm
and pleasing to the staff so that they can work with good aura.
 We installed to extra Air conditioners as you are aware that our floor is on the top of the
building and the employees were having difficulties socializing and working there.
 We also installed a water dispenser so that whenever someone feel exhausted or
dehydrated, they do not have to go to the canteen which far away from our floor and
stay hydrated all the day to work properly.
 We installed tea machine for the easement of the employees so then can stay active
and work efficiently.
 4 Sets of chairs were also installed last month as we got more increased employee rate
last month.

To achieve and maintain the success of company is important that the employ’s emotion and
achievements are valued and acknowledged.

So, by making these changes we can get effective result in the workmanship of the staff and be
beneficial for the business.
