Sir,
Mandal, Chittoor District, we issue to you the following notice U/S 80 of C.P.C.
1. That the suit schedule property originally belonged to one Chivakala Linga
Reddy S/O C.Venkatrami Reddy and his minor son C.Ashok Kumar of Nallagutlapalli
village, Yethuru group, Marrimakulapalli Post, Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District and
they are in possession and enjoyment of the same till they alienated the same to our
client.
2. On 26-09-1980 the said Chivakala Linga Reddy got sold an extent of Ac 0.90
cents in the notice schedule S.No. for a valid and proper consideration under a regd. sale
deed and got executed a regd. sale deed on dt.26-09-1980 himself and on behalf of his
then minor son and delivered possession of the same on the same day and our client took
possession of the same on the same day and continued to be in possession of the same.
Again on 04-09-1984 the said Chivakala Linga Reddy sold an extent of 0.10 cents in the
same S.No. for a valid and proper consideration to our client and got executed a regd.
sale deed dt.04-09-1984 himself and on behalf of his then minor son by name C.Ashok

Kumar and delivered the possession of the same to our client and our client took
possession of the same on the same day and continued to be in possession of the same
along with the other extent of Ac 0.90 cents. So, our client is in settled possession of the
notice schedule extent of Ac 1.00 cents total and continued to be in possession of the
same as of his own independent right by knowing entire surrounding people even till
today.
No.2 and 3 of you by oral and in written by showing both the regd. sale deeds mentioned
and requested you to mutate his name in the revenue records for the notice schedule
property in his Katha No.355. But, all his sincere efforts to mutate the notice schedule
4. So, our client constrained to issue this legal notice U/S 80 of C.P.C.
requesting No.1 of you sir to direct No.2 and 3 of you to mutate the name of our client
5. Please therefore take this notice and our client is herewith requesting No.1 of
you sir to direct No.2 and 3 of you to mutate the name of our client in the revenue records
in his Katha No.355 after the due enquiry under the above said facts and circumstances or
else our client will be constrained to proceed in to a court of law for appropriate remedies
and you will be held responsible for all costs and damages incidental there to including
