1 Half yearly &Pre-Board Examination shall be conducted slmutaneously for both the shifts as per the
timings:
Reporting Time at Vidyalaya: 8:10 AM.
Distribution of Question Paper: 8:40 AM.
Reading time (15 min): 8:45 AM to 9:00 AM.
Examination Time:9:00 AM to 12.00 Noon
2. The question papers for Class X, XI &XIl of the subjects "English, Hindi, Math Basic,
Math
Standard, Science Social, Science, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Comp. Sc.,
Economics, B-Studies, Accountancy, History, Geography, Hindi, IP" wil be provided by the
Regional Office and Question papers of other subjects will be prepared at vidyalaya level.
3. Answer sheets of all subject must be evaluated at Vidyalaya level
within 03 days including the day of
examination and answer of questions must be discussed with students.
4. PIM to be conducted as earliest as possible after last
day of examination.
