King Charles III coronation: Three crowns,

two carriages and a shorter route.

This news item tells us that King Charles third plans to make a
more leisurely trip to Westminster Abbey for his coronation,
bypassing the processional route taken by his mother in 1953 and
aiming for a more modest and somewhat modern event.
The low-key ceremony on May sixth will still be full of ancient
traditions and adorned with badges, an object given to a person as
a sign of their merit, royal of the Crown Jewels.
Charles and Camilla will leave Buckingham Palace in the carriage,
it's a horse-drawn moving vehicle, especially for luxury people,
black and gold, the route is two kilometers. He said that he will
show that the monarchy is still relevant in Britain.
During the solemn ceremony conducted by Justin Welby, Charles
will be crowned king with the crown of St. Edward, a very valuable
piece. At the end of the ceremony, Charles will change to the lighter
Crown of the Imperial State for the procession back to the palace.
Charles and Camilla will return the way they came, but in a carriage
of 260 that was used in all coronations, act of crowning a king.
The Gold State Coach is pulled by four horses and is known for an
accident in its past. Isabel said it was horrible and Guillermo fourth
said it was like being aboard a ship tossing and turning in rough
seas.
The carriage is so heavy that it can only move at a brisk pace.
Military troops on parade greet the King and Queen in the gardens
of Buckingham Palace.
