1. List 5 enzymes that exist in human body. Name the reactant (substrate), its
product and the optimum condition for the reaction (temperature and pH). Discuss in
group of five, and prepare a one slide presentation for each group.

Example:

Enzyme name: Hexokinase

Optimum temperature: 36.9°C

Optimum pH: pH 7.6

Function: to convert glucose to glucose-6-phosphate for the glycosis process in the

cell.
