We at the company appreciate your contributions and effort towards the achievement of the
strategic objectives. I particularly applaud your work when interacting with customers where you
express your undivided dedication to the satisfaction of consumers. Furthermore, you are an
excellent example of a hard working employee since you work long hours at events to ensure
everything is going on well.
Recently, however, an issue happened that tainted your impeccable reputation. The company lost
a major event booking with Webb Insurance due to poor communication from you. The
insurance representatives were uncomfortable with the proposal you submitted since it had many
typing errors chief among them the misspelling of the company name. Furthermore, the
representatives were not impressed by cost list which was not customized based on the needs the
client had expressed. The proposal was also poorly organized which made it difficult to
understand. Such quality of work is likely to cost the company significant resources financial and
otherwise if it persists.
Your role in the company is very important. Therefore, I would like us to work and rectify the
past mistake as soon as possible. First, I would like you to balance your work and life such that
stress does not impede your productivity. Next, it is essential to avoid simple typing errors. There
are numerous editing software that would assist in cross-checking any document before you
proceed to submit it. It is also essential to follow the client’s instruction when designing a
proposal. This alongside proper organization of a document are sure to capture the attention of
the client. I would like to meet with you to discuss this issues further.
