1. Introduction

Significance
• It is useful to create PCB using chemical milling in a few a part.
• Allow you to create circuit layout model by your own.
• Save time and some money from purchasing from other company.
Objective
• To build solar hybrid switching PCB using chemical milling process in
simple way.

Step 3: Ironing the PCB with printed paper

 Iron until the ink stick

with work-piece

4. Product processing

Step 4: Cleaning and restoring schematic

 Use knife to cut off the unwanted mask

 Can use permanent marker connect the un-storing ink mask

5. Conclusion

Recommendation
• Ironing black-white paper and copper board to create mask, the product layout are
not smooth but we use PCB without problem.
• Keep the work piece clean to ensure that the remaining ink are sticking with work-
piece correctly.
• Do not forget to move acid tank while etching, so acid can etch the work-piece
perfectly.
Future work
• After this project, we have new idea to develop chemical milling in the next step.
• To create more complex work-piece in other materials.
