A demonstrative pronoun is a word used to stand in for a noun.

They
are used to point to something or someone specific (e.g., “this is my
sister”). The English demonstrative pronouns are this, that, these, and
those.

Once upon a time, somewhere in a dense forest full of tress, grass and such. Lived a group of animals
with different personalities. A Lion of pride, a pig of glutton, a crab of greed, a devious fox, and a sloth
who always sleeps.

One day, the Lion gathered all of the other animals to announce something, which he said, “I am the
biggest and the strongest among all of you because of that I should be the leader of this forest. One that
is above all of you”.

Unable to deny and reject the Lion’s authority, the other animals accepted, but with their own proposal.
The Pig said, “I will accept you as my leader as long as I could eat as much food that this forest can give”.
Next, is the crab and said, “I, will also accept, the same way as the Pig, if you can help me take care of
these shiny gems of mine and away from the envious fox”. “Don’t be like that Crab I thought we were
friends, and friends should always share.” Said the Fox. And lastly, the Sloth, who was hanging by the
tree, waken up by the loud roars of the Lion. “I, too. Will accept the same with the Pig, Crab and Fox if
you could close up those loud and annoying jaws of yours.”

Upon hearing all of the proposal of the other animals, the Lion sighs and said, “if being a leader to all of
you means that I need to become a slave, then I’d rather be left alone and lead myself away from all of
you!” After the lion has taken back his proposal he swiftly left and was never seen again.
