- Hypothyroidism for 15 years
- Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency
- Past history of pneumonia and jaundice

Personal History:
- Mixed diet with good appetite
- Likes sweets
- Thermally hot patient
- Regular menstrual cycle

Mental Characteristics:
- Easily mixed up with people

- Calm nature
- Good in studies during childhood
- Stage fear
- Poor decision making
- Suppressed anger, easily weeps
- Consolation ameliorates

Treatment:
- Prescribed with Pulsatilla 200 and Berberis vulgaris mother tincture .

Follow-up Progress:
- 8/6/2022: Hyperacidity, headache, nausea reduced. Appetite, thirst, urine,
motion, and sleep is normal.
- 2/8/2022: Back pain is present, but other symptoms reduced. Pulsatilla 200
given.
- 20/10/2022: Mild pain in the right side of the abdomen, but overall
improvement.
- 5/4/2023: Gases, constipation, sensation of something stuck after eating.
Symptoms reduced with Pulsatilla 200.
- 12/10/2023:Mild pain in the right side of the abdomen for 2 weeks. Advised
to repeat USG.
USG Results (16/10/2023): - Showed multiple gallbladder calculi with an
average size of 3-4 mm.
