    PRODUCT SPECIFICATION SHEET

    It is specially formulated masterbatch containing high molecular weight


    polydimethylsiloxane additive dispersed in polyolefin. It is designed to be used as an additive
    in polyethylene compatible system to impart benefits such as processing improvements and
    modification of surface properties.

    APPEARANCE : White granules

    CARRIER RESIN : Polyolefinic

    PROPERTIES

    Property HDPE HDPE + Silicone M.B.


    ( 10- 15 % )

    Coeff. Of friction
    (a) Static 0.21- 0.22 0.13- 0.11
    (b) Dynamic 0.12- 0.13 0.06- 0.05

    RECOMMENDED DOSAGE : 10-15% of the weight of inner silicone layer.
