    Slip masterbatch is based on amide additive which migrate to the surface of the extruded/
    moulded plastic product and provide a mono molecular layer which reduces Coefficient of
    Friction ( C.o.F) between the layers of film and also between the film and other surfaces
    which are in contact with film (Refer fig no.1).

    APPEARANCE : Translucent Granules.

    CARRIER RESIN : Polyolefinic

    ADVANTAGES
     Ensure good handling properties in automatic packaging
    application.
     Does not effect sealing and printing properties
     Reduces frictional resistance between two plastic films and
    between plastic and metal parts.
     Improve mould release properties

    RECOMMENDED
    DOSAGE : 1-3 %. Start with 1% and adjust it as per requirement.
