Failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification.

PART I – QUESTION AND ANSWER

Question 1: As per our discussion today during the Site visit, please we need
an extension of two days for the questions submission deadline, as we will
finish the 3rd day site visit on the 25th and the questions deadline is the 26th
afternoon.

Answer 1: Please note the deadline for Questions has been moved to October
30, 2023 at 12:00PM local time.
