The document introduces the PAR-Q questionnaire used to assess fitness for physical activity and the Beep Test/Bleep Test which measures aerobic capacity. The objective is for participants in the Beep Test to run between lines for as long as possible as the interval between beeps decreases. The procedure involves running between lines before each beep sounds and receiving warnings if lines are missed until two warnings result in being out of the test. Tips are provided on preparation, pacing, and focus.
