Fresh Air Filter Component Check Action: Check fresh air iter for debris or air flow restrictions. Is fresh alr fiter clogged? Record of Actual Result Result: O ves: Replace fresh air iter. No: Go to Condenser Restriction Check. 2 Condenser Restriction Check Action: Check condenser fins for airflow restrictions. ‘Are condenser fins clogged with debris? Clean condenser fins. Ono: Go to Recirculating Air Filter Restriction Check. 3. Recirculating Air Filter Restriction Check Action: CCheck recirculating air filter for flow restrictions. Is recirculating air fiter dirty or clogged with debris? Record of Actual Results:Resul O ves: Clean or replace recirculating air Oo No: Go to Refrigerant Hose Restriction Check. 4 Refrigerant Hose Restriction Check Action: Check refrigerant hoses. See Refrigerant Hoses and Tubing Inspection , (Group 9031-25.) ‘Are any hoses kinked, pinched, or collapsed? Record of Actual Results: Resul 1 YES: Reroute or re-index hoses. Replace kinked or collapsed hoses. 1 NO: Go to Condenser Core and Evaporator Core Air Flow Restriction Check. 5. Condenser Core and Evaporator Core Air Flow Restriction Check Action: Check condenser core and evaporator core fins for debris, ‘Are the condenser core or evaporator core fins clogged with debris? Record of Actual Results Result 1 YES: Clean condenser core and evaporator core fins. O No: Go to Blower Motor and Blower Speed Resistor Check 6 Blower Motor and Blower Speed Resistor Check Action: Check blower motor (M6) by applying 24 volts to the motor. Check to see if motor is running when voltage is applied. See Heater and Air Conditioner Harness (W20) Component Location . (Group 9015-10.) Check blower speed resistor (R3). Record of Actual Results:© ves: Go to Compressor Belt Check. 1 NO: Replace blower motor and/or resistor. 7 Compressor Belt Check Action: CCheck engine serpentine belt. See Inspect Air Conditioner Compressor and Alternator Belt. (Operator's Manual.) Is belt tension OK? Record of Actual Results Result: 1 YES: Go to Cab Seals Check Ono: Adjust or replace belt. 8 Cab Seals Check Action: Check windows and doors to make sure seals are good, ‘Are seals on all windows and doors funetioning properly?
