Dear Parents,

We will be having a Diwali celebration day at school on Friday 10th November. Children will
be taking part in creative activities themed around the festival of Diwali.

As part of the celebration, we will be having a 'decorate your classroom window'

competition: we would like children to make Diwali-themed decorations over half-term with
which to adorn their class's window!

Diwali is a festival of lights so decorations should be bright and colourful - think flowers,
lanterns and fireworks! See below for some inspiration.

Children should bring in their decorations by Wednesday 8th November.
