K M V V = ViSUAL (WHAT iT LOOKS LiKE)

A A = AUDiTORY (WHAT iT SOUNDS LiKE)

K + V + A = Mastery
Use a metronome (there's a free one on google).

Start slow so you can observe all 3 elements. 60 bpm should be good.

If you miss the details you're playing too fast! The goal is not speed.
It's to internalised the scale patterns.

Speed is a by-product of accuracy.

You CANNOT be accurate if you don't have the pattern mastered.

Play the scale pattern ascending and descending at least 5 times.

Practice this daily until you have mastered the scale.

1. Play each note 4 times.

2. Play each note twice.
3. Play each note once.
