PROJECT SCOPE

THE PROJECT SCOPE ESTIMATED REGARDS THE WHOLE AND COMPLETE DESIGN FOR A
VILLA TO BUILT ON HIS PLOT HAVING PIN NUMBER N° 1010007, LOCATED IN AL RAYYAN AREA,
DOHA MUNICIPALITY:

 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
 INTERIOR DESIGN
 FACADES DESIGN
 LANDSCAPING DESIGN
 MUNICIPALITY APPROVAL

THE APPROXIMATE AREA OF THE PROJECT WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 1500 SQM. THE PLOT AREA IS
A FULL DESIGN PACKAGE WILL BE PROVIDED BY "THE RED HOUSE" AS FOLLOWING:
 FULL SET OF FLOORS PLANS (SPACE PLANNING)
 FULL SET OF FRONT ELEVATIONS
 A FULL SET OF SECTIONS
 FULL SET OF EXTERNAL 3D VIEWS
 DESIGN OF PARTITIONS, FLOORINGS, LIGHTING, FURNITURE AND CEILINGS
LAYOUTS
 DETAILED DESIGN OF THE BATHROOMS
 DETAILED DESIGN OF THE WOODEN WORKS (DOORS, KITCHEN, WARDROBES,
ETC.) AND OF THE CUSTOMIZED FURNITURE
 FULL SET OF INTERNAL 3D VIEWS DETAILED DRAWINGS TO BE ISSUED FOR
CONSTRUCTION

SCOPE OF SERVICES

PHASE 1 - CONCEPTUAL DESIGN

 PRELIMINARY DISCUSSIONS BEING FOCUSED ON THE CLIENT'S ASPIRATIONS AND


DESIGN INTENT OF THE PROJECT.
 DETAILED ANALYSIS OF THE PROJECT, STUDY OF THE LIFE-STYLE CONCEPTS,
AND THE EVOLUTION OF THE CONCEPT DESIGN OF THE PROJECT.
 SCHEMATIC LAYOUT PLANS ALONG THE FUNCTIONALITY CRITERIA IN CONTEXT
OF THE CONCEPTUAL SPACE PLANNING.

PHASE 2 - PRELIMINARY DESIGN

BASED ON THE APPROVED SCHEMATIC LAYOUT PLANS APPROVED AT PHASE1, THE


DESIGNER WILL DEVELOP RELEVANT MATERIALS COMPRISING OF:

 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
 FACADES DESIGN (FRONT ELEVATIONS)
 SECTIONS
 INTERNAL LAYOUTS
 LANDSCAPING LAYOUT
 EXTERNAL 3D VIEWS

PHASE 3 — DETAILED AND FINAL DRAWINGS

BASED ON THE APPROVED PLANS SUBMITTED AT PHASE 2, THE DESIGNER WILL DEVELOP
RELEVANT MATERIALS COMPRISING OF:
 FLOORING LAYOUT
 CEILING LAYOUT
 ELECTRICAL LAYOUT
 LIGHTING LAYOUT
 INTERNAL FURNITURE LAYOUT
 INTERNAL LIGHTING LAYOUT
 DECORATED WALLS FRONT ELEVATION

PHASE 4 -- BOQ AND SPECIFICATION

 FURNITURE BOQ, SPECIFICATIONS AND RELATED BOOKLET


 LIGHTING BOQ (RELATED TO THE APPROVED DESIGN), SPECIFICATIONS AND RELATED
BOOKLET
 FLOORING BOQ (RELATED TO THE APPROVED DESIGN),SPECIFICATIONS AND RELATED
BOOKLET
 BATHROOM BOQ, SPECIFICATIONS AND RELATED BOOKLET
 DOORS BOQ AND SPECIFICATIONS
 LANDSCAPING BOQ AND SPECIFICATIONS
 SPECIFICATIONS OF THE EXTERNAL WALL'S CLADDING AND RELATED BOQ
 SPECIFICATIONS AND BOQ OF ALL WINDOW FRAMES USED

PROFESSIONAL FEES AND PAYMENTS SCHEDULE

IN CONSIDERATION OF THE DESIGNER'S SERVICES THE CLIENT SHALL PAY TO THE "THE RED
HOUSE" THE TOTAL SUM OF QATARI RYALS 800.000 IN DESIGN FEES. IN CASE OF THE BUILT UP
AREA WILL BE CONSIDERABLY HIGHER THAN 1500 sgm, THERE WILL BE AN INCREASE OF THE FEE
EQUAL TO 400 QAR / sc;)m.

THE TERMS OF PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASED AS IT FOLLOWS:

 25% OF TOTAL AMOUNT UPON SIGNING OF AGREEMENT


 25% OF TOTAL AMOUNT UPON COMPLETION OF STAGES 1 AND 2 (PRELIMINARY & FINAL
DESIGN)
 25% OF TOTAL AMOUNT UPON COMPLETION OF STAGE 3 (DETAILEDAND FINAL
DRAWINGS)
 25% OF TOTAL AMOUNT UPON COMPLETION OF STAGE 4 (BOIS? AND SPECIFICATION)
