    2019 MOMBASA STATION PATHFINDER CAMPOREE

    GUIDE ON WHAT TO CARRY FOR THE CAMPOREE

    Here below is a list of items you may need to carry for the camporee:
    CLUB ITEMS IN GENERAL
    1. Flags:
    a. National flag
    b. Master Guides Flag
    c. Pathfinder Flag
    d. Club Flag if any
    e. Unit flags
    2. Flag poles
    3. Camp Site Entrance Banner or Decoration
    4. First Aid kit (well stocked with current supplies)
    5. Folding Chairs/Mats for the Pathfinders
    6. Tents & Tent Stakes (extras too), Mallet or Hammer
    7. Rain Tarps/Shelters
    8. Materials for camp structures
    9. Food (Each club prepares its own meals)
    10. Cooking Equipment
    11. (Jiko/Gas, fuel, matches or lighter, pots & pans, cooking utensils, serving utensils, eating
    utensils, plates, bowl, cups, napkins, paper towels, etc.)
    12. Firefighting Equipment (fire extinguishers, water bucket, shovel)
    13. Lanterns/Fuel/Matches
    14. Strings
    15. Sticks
    16. Tools (Jembe, Panga, Slasher, Saruru)
    17. Water Containers – Buckets, Basin, Cans, Drums e.t.c.
    18. Camp Signs/Labels
    19. Health Information and Consent to Treatment forms
    20. Sanitation supplies (trash bags, dish washing supplies, etc.) Hand Sanitizer
    PERSONAL GEARS
    1. Bible and Sabbath school lesson.
    2. Note book and pen.
    3. Identification tags
    4. Warm Sleeping Bag
    5. Everyday clothes (Warm Clothing)
    6. Underwear
    7. Warm Pajamas/Sweats
    8. Sweater/Coat

    PROHIBITED MATERIALS
    1. Illicit drugs, alcohol, tobacco products
    2. Electronic entertainment device, radios, TV’s, CD players, iPods
    3. Inappropriate reading materials
    4. Anything that will jeopardize the safety of any person or that will detract from the
    program.
