Hereinafter referred as the "Assisted Unit" (which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the

context of meaning thereof be deemed to mean and include their respective legal heirs, executors
and/or administrators) of the OTHER PART.

AND
Managing Director of Himachal Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation and
(HPSIDC) Shimla which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the subject or context
thereof, include its successors and assigns of the OTHER PART.
Whereas the said assisted Unit has availed/applied for the following subsidies against the
investment/expenditure considered under this claim.

And Whereas Department for promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Govt. of India has
advised the Managing Director, HPSIDC, Shimla to ensure that the assisted unit has not availed
subsidy for the same purpose or activities from any other Ministry/Department of Government of
India or any state Government.

And whereas to safeguard the Managing Director HPSIDC, Shimia as well as Department for
promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Govt. of India & other concerned authority form any
kind of adverse claim in future in whatever manner in relation to the subsidy claim under various
schemes by the above stated Assisted Unit is executing this Deed of indemnity.

NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH THAT IN CONSIDERATION OF THE Managing

Director HPSIDC Shimla to release of subsidy under the respective scheme (Industrial
Development Scheme, 2017) as released by the Department for Promotion of industry and
Internal Trade, Govt. of India the said.

M/S THE BLISS a firm and having its registered office at Village Khilroo, PO Bindraban, Tehsil
Palampur, District Kangra, H.P. and will indemnity and keep the Managing Director HPSIDC, at
Shimla Himachal Pradesh and effectively indemnified from and against all loss, claim, demands,
actions, suits and/or proceeding that may be made and taken by any person body or authority
claiming any interest in respect of applying any other subsidy either from the central Govt. or
State Govt. for the same purpose of activity by the above state Assisted Unit and all loss damage
that may be caused to and/or cost, charge and/or expenses that may be suffered or incurred by the
Managing Director HPSIDC Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) as well Department for Promotion of
Industry and Internal Trade, Govt. of India & other concerned Authority in this regard.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said indemnifier/Authorized representative of the assisted Unit

has hereunto set their hand the day and year first hereinabove written.
