Elaboration: 30 min

Cooking: 15min

Rest: 6h

INGREDIENTS
Dark chocolate 150g

Cream liquid for mount 600 ml: 200ml from each layer Milk 600 ml: 200ml from
each layer

Junket in dust: one each layer

Milk chocolate 150 g

White chocolate 150 g

Cookie type María 200g Butter 100g

PREPARATION STEP BY STEP

STEP 1

We will begin preparing the base, for this we crush the cookies

STEP 2

When they are crushed, add the melted butter and form a dough that we will stick
to the base of a tart pan. We reserve in the fridge

STEP 3

We will continue preparing the layer of dark chocolate. For this, we put a small
spoon with the cream and 100 milliliters of milk to heat, leaving the other 100
aside and in which we will dissolve the curd envelope well, making sure that there
are no lumps.

STEP 4

Once the milk and cream are hot, add the dark chocolate in small pieces and more
with a whisk until it dissolves well in the liquid. Add the rest of the milk with the
dissolved curd. Mix it for two minutes or so, making sure it doesn't stick to the
bottom of the scoop. It is important that it boils so that the curd works and the
cream remains solid.

STEP 5

Pour the dark chocolate cream on top of the base and let it rest so that it sets while
we prepare the milk chocolate.

STEP 6

To prepare the milk chocolate cream follow the same instructions as for the
previous one, the only thing that changes is the type of chocolate. Once this cream
is cooked, we put it on top of the dark chocolate one, pouring it carefully over a
spatula so that it does not pierce the layer of dark chocolate. Let it rest again while
we prepare the white chocolate layer
STEP 7

We carry out the same process as the other two times, but with the white
chocolate, and we end up adding the white chocolate layer as the final layer. We
leave a minimum of six hours in the fridge so that it sets perfectly and carefully
unmold once it is very cold.
