NARRATIVE: The undersigned has probable cause to believe the above-named defendant on the 06 of October 2023
at 20:37 at 4401 FLORIDIAN WAY, BAY LAKE, FL, 32830 (Zone: 601, ) in Orange County did

On Friday, October 6, 2023, at 2105 hours, I, Deputy Gallon, responded to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in reference to an
allegation of voyeurism. Upon my arrival, I met with all parties involved. As a result of my investigation, I develdped probable cause to arrest
an adult male for video voyeurism. The defendant was transported to the Orange County Jail and transferred intO the custody of the Orange
County Corrections Department.My investigation revealing the following:PC Statement: Clayton James Snider (Refendant) intentionally used
an imaging device (iPhone 13) to secretly view the victim, for his own gratification. was theffby recorded at a time when

he was privately exposing his body (i.e. using the restroom private stall). At the place and time when

specifically athletic style slip-ons. Upon entering the restroom, observed a male, later identified as Clayton James Snider (via his
Kentucky driver's license). pointed, indicating that Clayton was the subject who had photographed him over the bathroom
stall. Clayton was standing in front of one of the urinals. stated Clayton was not using the bathroom, but just standing there. There
was no one else in the restroom at the confronted Clayton, asking if he had indeed taken a picture of "to which he
aloofly answered, no." repeated the question several more times. spoke up at one point, reiterating that it had been
Clayton. Clayton proceed to exit the restroom. followed him outside and alerted Disney empl9yees, who contacted law
enforcement. Once outside the restroom, confronted Clayton as well, and asked to see his phone, while ;trecording the interaction on
her own phone. specifically recalled that Clayton initially refused to show his phone. Clayton then beganZusing his phone, and a few
minutes later asked if she now wanted to see his phone. It is belief 4hat Clayton was deleting potentially incriminating
evidence from his phone at that and both provided sworn written statements, indicating they would be willing to testify
in court and prosecute criminally. They were provided with a copy of the "A Guide FOr; Victims and pamphlet, to include the
Witnest"
Marsy's Law addendum. Additionally, they requested confidentiality and signed the VictimjConfidentiality Form.M. the time I spoke with the
parents, they informed me that was still inside the restaurant with other family meMbers. I informed theirCthat law enforcement would

need to interview him at some point.Based upon the aforementioned information, Corpora) Suarez (8985) and I approached Clayton in order
obtain more information. We both had our BWCs activated for the duration of the interview. Clayton stated hi was aware of the specific
allegation against him, but denied it. Clayton also stated he was visiting from Kentucky with his sister. Cofporal Suarez asked Clayton
permission to see his phone, specifically view his pictures. Clayton verbally consented, unlocked phone, and handed it over. From my
vantage point I could clearly see the pictures as Corporal Suarez scrolled. Seeing nothing evidentiary value in Clayton's main picture album,
Corporal Suarez then asked for permission the look at Clayton's hidden and recently deleted albums. Clayton once again verbally consented,
taking the phone back into his possession to unlock the albums via face recognition for each album. Upon the opening the hidden album and
scrolling to the end, Corporal Suarez opened the last item. It turned out to be a video, which depicted an adolescent Caucasian male sitting on
a toilet in a bathroom stall. From the perspective of the video, it was clear that it had been taken from an elevated position, over the
divider. The young male had his shorts down around his ankles and was wearing a blue shirt.Based upon the diScovery of the video, I read
Clayton his Warnings of Constitutional Rights from an agency issued card. Clayton invoked his right to counsel and all questioning
stopped. I secured Clayton in handcuffs, which were double locked and checked for proper application. I then walked him to my vehicle and
placed him in the rear prisoner compartment. Clayton was informed he was being detained pending the outcome of our investigation. It

should be noted that Clayton was wearing black athletic style Sketcher slip-on sneakers. I obtained a photo of the shoes, which was
submitted into evidence via Dataworks.Among the items in Clayton possession were and iPhone with a Lilo and Stitch case and an Apple
Watch. The iPhone died shortly after the video was viewed and Clayton declined to provide the passcode to unlock the Apple Watch. Both
items were placed in evidence.Deputy Maduri qualified and subsequently interviewed him. Please see her supplement regarding the
contents of that interview. Although I was not present for the interview, I did briefly enter the room, where I was saw
sitting with his parents. It was obvious that he was same person I had seen in the video. was still wearing the same clothing.The
information relayed to me by Deputy Maduri from her interview did not differ any significant was information I had previously obtained. It
confirmed the accounts of the incident, as described by and of the restroom were obtained by Deputy
Medeiros (10556) and electronically submitted into evidence. Please see his supplement for additional information.Sex Crimes and Sector VI
investigation were notified of this incident. Based upon the investigation and the totality of circumstances, there is probable to believe
Clayton engaged in video voyeurism, justifying a physical arrest.I transported Clayton to Orange County jail and transferred him into their
custody without incident.I have no additional information regarding this incident.
