If you can’t write, you can’t win.

Lawyers write to win others through their point of view. They cannot just slap their readers, clients, and
the judge by just any arguments. Inline with this profession, writing is their means of presentation that
aims to convince others to a certain point of view. A lawyer needs to make a convincing presentation
incase there’s a limited time to be able to capture or hold their reader’s attention.

Writing is concrete and by comparison, permanent. It is an intellectual work that has the ability to
explain and refine our ideas. Cases handled by lawyers wil be decided either for or neither against them.
Every argument written shall be used to the issue. Useless arguments are a waste of time.
