 Presently working in Zydus Cadila Healthcare ltd. At Ahmedabad in QUALITY
ASSURANCE as Sr.Executive level since 21st May-2012 to till date. (USFDA APPROVED
PLANT).

Job Responsibility

 To follow procedure for entry and exit while entering into plant and facility.
 To maintain the personal hygiene at working place.
 To collect In process, Finished product, Validation samples and hold time sample as per
frequency and procedure defined in protocol then perform routine operations of LIMS.
 Responsible for performing the Area / Machine Line clearance at various manufacturing and
packing stage and escalation of any issue including cleaning to be inform to immediate
supervisor / reporting authority.
 To review and trending of critical process parameters in Mini-Tab for oral solid dosage form.
 To co-ordinate with cleaning validation team and collect the swab sampling as per cleaning
validation protocol.
 To read and prepare SOP in Documentum.
 To initiate categorisation, evaluate and perform impact assessment of Breakdown
maintenance through SAP system.
 To review calibration of instruments and preventive maintenance activity through SAP
system.
 Review the certificates of miscellaneous items.
 To prepare fill, online review and ensure the compliance status of GMP document as per GDP
SOP.
 To check physical verification of equipment and perform trending.
 To maintain the facility upkeep & sanitisation.
 To initiation, review , compliance and close the oversight observation and prepare the
oversight trend report.
 Responsible for completion of training through Zytims as Training coordinator.
 To review Annual Product Quality Review.
 Issuance and review of equipment sequential logbooks.
 Responsible for Sampling of Purified Water as per SOP.
 To review of executed batch manufacturing records , Audit trial , Alarm report and release the
batch at various manufacturing stage.
 To review of master batch manufacturing record.
 Responsible for ensuring in process Quality Assurance activities & compliance of cGMP in
manufacturing area of solid oral dosage form.
 To carry out AQL manufacturing stage.
 To perform the operations cleaning and calibration of Disintegration Time, Halogen Moisture
Analyzer, Venire caliper and other IPQC instruments.
 To handling of QMS related activity like Change control, Deviation, Process Investigation,
CAPA through track wise.
 To perform any other additional responsibilities (if any) delegated by Superior.
 In absence of section in-charge QA, The responsibility will be carried out by
Officer/ExecutiveResponsible for in-process quality assurance activities and compliance of
cGMP in tablet/ capsule manufacturing.
