AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, HENCEL VERAME VILLAFRANCA PESA (“HENCEL”), of legal

age, Filipino citizen, married; and, RONELL SILVA PESA (“RONELL”), of
legal age, Filipino citizen, and with residence and postal address at 162
Brgy. Anus, San Jose, Batangas, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. We personally know TEODORO PAOLO MONTALES, whose full

name is TEODORO PAOLO TORRANO MONTALES III (“SIR
PAOLO”). Sir Paolo is the husband of ELAIZA AMELLE LAGAYA
MONTALES (“MA’M ELAIZA”);

2. We have known TEODORO PAOLO TORRANO MONTALES III

since 2012, or thereabouts; and have known her as TEODORO
PAOLO TORRANO MONTALES III, when Ma’m Elaiza introduced
him to us during that time as her boyfriend, then;

3. He was introduced to us by Ma’m Elaiza since one of the affiants

herein, HENCEL, was hired by the Lagaya family to be their
employee around that time. Affiant RONELL, was then the
boyfriend of affiant HENCEL;

4. In such capacity, we would sometimes perform tasks for Sir Paolo

such as the procurement of documents for and on his behalf;

5. One of the tasks we performed was the processing of their

Marriage License and the procurement of Sir Paolo’s Birth
Certificate in support of the application of their Marriage License;

6. In the Birth Certificate of Sir Paolo, his name was stated as

TEODORO PAOLO TORRANO MONTALES III (Annex “A”); and
consequently, in their Marriage Certificate, the name - TEODORO
PAOLO TORRANO MONTALES III, was also indicated (Annex
“B”);

7. However, it was recently found out that in one of the documents

obtained by the Lagaya siblings, particularly in Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT) No. 072-2020006900, covering a certain
parcel of land located in Lipa City, the name of Sir Paolo was
erroneously indicated as PAOLO TEODORO MONTALES, which
should be written as TEODORO PAOLO TORRANO MONTALES
III (Annex “C”);

8. Clearly, the error and the discrepancy in the name of Sir Paolo as
appearing in the Birth Certificate and the aforesaid TCT was a
product of mere inadvertence, and was not intended to mislead
or deceive any person; neither said name represents any other
person since the property covered by the said TCT belongs to the
 Lagaya siblings, where Ma’m Elaiza stands as one of the
registered owners;

9. Finally, we hereby affirm that we are not related, either by

consanguinity or affinity, to TEODORO PAOLO TORRANO
MONTALES III, and,

10. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity
of the foregoing facts and to prove that TEODORO PAOLO
TORRANO MONTALES III and the person whose name has
been erroneously indicated as PAOLO TEODORO MONTALES
in the aforesaid TCT, are one and the same.

FURTHER AFFIANTS SAYETH NAUGHT.
