Private delegations are not allowed. In case a school is sending more than one team, they must allocate an alphabet to each team to ensure clear distinctions between them. (Team A, B, C, and so on). Each delegate can choose to participate in up to 5 categories. Each team is to fill in the form only once. Please note that only ONE Visual Arts category is allowed per delegate, excluding Mischief, due to probable clashes. Note : The Scavenger Hunt is a compulsory category and hence each team must allocate a minimum of 2 and maximum of 4 delegates for it. The head of delegation is required to register all teams from their institution via a google form on our website: Igsstudio55.com Each individual team must also appoint a head delegate who should clearly be mentioned in the registration forms. The head delegates will be coordinating regarding their team with the registrations department of Studio 55. Their details must be entered in the registration form as required. The invigilators will go through an ID-check before entering the school premises. Anyone who fails to identify themselves or whose details are not given in the registration form will not be allowed to enter. The cumulative payment of the delegate fees must be made within a week of receiving registration form submission confirmation email from our email address. It is the responsibility of the delegation that the payment is received by the host team of Studio 55. Team Studio holds the right to withhold any delegation’s registrations at their discretion, as well as amend the process or the rules and regulations at any time.
