We are at 15 - 18 London Street, Walcot, Bath BA1 5BX.

Our office is open from 8:45 am to 5:30 pm every Monday to


Saturday. We are closed on Sunday but open most Bank Holidays.

We have a large collection of sofas, bedroom furniture, beds and


mattresses, dining furniture, curtains, blinds and carpets. We display
most major brands including G.Plan, Ercol, Parker Knoll, Hypnos,
Tempur, Vispring and Stressless.

We offer delivery services to England, Wales and Scotland. For outside


of mainland England, we will have someone call you to provide you
with a delivery cost.

NOTE: If the visitor's location is outside England, Wales and or


Scotland, these are non-leads. A non-lead is a chat conversation that is
not meant to be passed on to the Sales Consultants.

At the moment, we only offer delivery services to mainland England,


Wales and Scotland. In the meantime, you may sign up to our
newsletter so that you can be notified of any future updates.

The cost varies depending on the specific item that you're after plus
any applicable delivery charge. Let me have our team get in touch
with you and organise a quote for this.

Delivery charges are calculated by post code. We also offer free local
delivery for the Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire areas. For a

We endeavour to deliver stock items within 3 weeks. All ordered
items will be subject to a delivery time of 8-12 weeks unless otherwise
stated. The Approximate Delivery date given with each product on the
website is our best estimate only.

When purchasing an item in the store, a deposit of at least 20% is


required to process your order. The balance is due before the goods
can be delivered and payment must be by cleared funds.

We try to ensure that our prices are always competitive. If you find
the same product available at a cheaper price, with the same service
conditions, we will endeavour to match or beat it.

Our team will reach out to you within 24 business hours.

We will accept returns within 14 days from the date of receipt of the
goods. The items must be unworn, in their original packaging and
complete with swing tickets and labels intact and attached.

Any stock item which is purchased can be cancelled prior to delivery


and a full refund will be issued in the same method as the original
payment. For ordered items, this may result in the loss of your deposit
if production has already started or if delivery to us cannot be
stopped.

You can cancel your order for any reason from the time you place the
order up to and including the fourteenth day after the day of delivery
You are welcome to use our customer car park, located at the side of
the store.
