 TPMI had arranged meeting with PML & major Contractors on 10 October 2022 to
achieve Target before Diwali. So that Turner + Contractor work together, be on
same page & avoid delay in Mall opening as per sequence and schedules.
 PML / TPMI Instructed to deploy a senior person from HO all contactors to monitor
the balance works and adequate resource allocation as discussed in the meeting.
 TPMI Raised concerns regarding the long-time pending works & scarcity of
workforce from all respective contractor in 10 Oct’22 meeting and subsequent
agreement of additional resources to be put by each trade. Out of all only Bluestar
has done increase of resources and deployed a senior resource from HO but all
others have failed to do the needful.

 TPMI Director of Operations sent mail on 15 Oct’22 to all contractors to take a joint
site walk on 18 Oct’22 with senior management team of all stakeholders. (Re:

 TPMI observed, On Joint site walk, which is held on 18 Oct’22. Absence of senior
management Person from all respective contractor. (Refer Pics below)

 TPMI highlighted, Only supervisors are present at the joint site walk
 This is regrettable that neither work force (increased apart from BSL) or senior
resource and no effort is seen for this important leg to deliver project. Need urgent
intervention from all of the concerned to do the needful urgently.
 TPMI highlighted to work, 24 x 7 by managing two-different team is still not
happening on site. Night work is only happening with only couple of contractors
and that too till 11pm. This will pull us down in deliveries.
 It is to be noted that only Bluestar (BSL) increased Manpower & Provided a senior
person on site.

 With the current way we will not be able to achieve the desired result for
soft launch especially with S&W work force is most critical. Urgent action
will be highly appreciated from all the contractor’s HO and Senior
Management.
