Subject: Visa Appeal for Refusal of National Visa

Dear Sir/Madam

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to appeal the decision to refuse
my national visa application. I submitted my application on 18th October 2023,
including all the required documents such as a confirmation letter from Adam
Mickiewicz University, financial statement, accommodation agreement, flight
reservation, support from my workplace, and health insurance.
I believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding my application. My
purpose for the visa is to continue my master's degree at Adam Mickiewicz
University in Poznan. I am an academic person As you can see from the
documents I submitted, I am fully prepared and meet all the necessary
requirements for pursuing my studies in Poland.
I kindly request you to reconsider my visa application based on the additional
information provided. I am confident in my genuine intentions to pursue my
master's degree in Poland and will comply with all regulations. In a case additional
documents are to be submitted, or you would like to speak with me regarding this
appeal don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I appreciate the opportunity to
provide further information and address any concerns. After reviewing my
resume I hope for a positive reconsideration of my national visa application.
