What are the steps to have

a candidate profile in Simera?

Professionals who want to apply for a job through Simera need to


have a profile created in the talent platform. The more information
you provide, the stronger your profile will be, and the higher the
chances are to get selected for a job, so be sure to highlight your
skills, achievements, strengths, and projects you’ve managed.

1. Upload your CV here and complete the application form. This will
start your application process so our talent acquisition team can
review your resume and let you know the next steps.

2. Complete your profile information. You will receive an email with a link
to log into Simera and start creating your profile. Be sure to complete all
the required fields for your profile. The more information you provide,
the stronger your profile will be.

3. Record your Simera Profile Video. You will receive an email with a
link to do a one-way interview which will be recorded. This interview
is very important; it will be in your candidate profile for hiring
managers to see and will serve as a presentation for yourself, so be
sure to dress appropriately and be prepared. For more information

4. Provide references. As part of our evaluation process, we require at


least two references from your previous bosses, colleagues, or
professionals who can attest to your work ethic and behavior. We will
provide you with a custom link that you can share with two of your
references and ask them to complete the form. Their contributions are
crucial for us to move forward with your application.

5. Interview with a Talent Advisor. Once your profile and references are ready, you
will receive an invitation to connect with one of Simera's Talent Advisors. During
the call, you will be asked specific questions related to your experience, skills,
and achievements. We recommend that you come prepared with information
such as metrics, KPIs, awards, certifications, and other relevant details. Please
note that this interview will be recorded. The Talent Advisor will also review your
profile with you to provide valuable tips and advice on how to make it stand out.

6. Profile creation in Simera’s platform. With all the information you have
provided, your Simera profile will now be complete in our talent
platform, which will then be matched with available job opportunities
and visible to hiring managers.

Keep in mind that the initial communication will be done via email, so
be sure to always check all your inboxes, including Spam. Your email
will be how we will contact you to start your process and send your
evaluations. Later on, we may contact you via WhatsApp.
