Amrop Position Profile - Digital Strategy Lead
The company is looking for a digital strategy lead who will report to the group's Chief Digital and Transformation Officer.
The team will be comprised of a small digital and transformation team, all based at HQ in Zagreb.
The role's goal would be to use technology to improve business capabilities, build operational efficiencies, and improve
the overall customer experience. The Digital Transformation Lead is responsible for the delivery of programs and
projects to achieve the outcomes of the whole of the company’s digital strategies, policies, processes, standards, and
Profile – frameworks. This includes the preparation and delivery of change and communication strategies across multiple
projects being delivered in collaboration with or by different stakeholders. The role has a strong engagement focus and
Digital Strategy is responsible for leading the development and management of digital working groups.
Lead They’re tasked with identifying opportunities to improve the way their companies operate and then implementing those
changes in a way that creates value for customers, employees, and other stakeholders. Their job is to ensure that these
projects are completed successfully while also ensuring that they align with the overall goals of the organization. The
incumbent will be in charge of communicating the digital technology strategy to the team and stakeholder community.
The ideal applicant would have a strong operational drive and an understanding of enhancing team performance. An
effective leader with a history in digital transformation processes who can drive change management with a sense of
urgency and professional experience will be the ideal candidate. It will be essential to combine operational rigor with
business acumen as well as a grasp of the changing needs of the transformation field to various stakeholders. She or
he has extensive prior experience working in a complex organizational setting, a mastery of the English language, a
corporate attitude, and the ability to establish efficient team structures and processes. Effective communication with
internal and external (regional) stakeholders would be crucial.
The Zagreb office is where the position is located. Office and field positions are split at approximately 70:30 or 60:40.
