By this Model Release Form, (the “Form”) I___________________________, of _______________________ HEREBY GRANT AND AUTHORISE
Emmanuel Odafe Oboro “Dafe Oboro”, a photographer (which expression shall, where the context so admits, include its successors in title and
assigns), (the “Photographer”) the right to take, use, adapt, edit, and exploit the name, image, likeness, voice, film footage taken of me, and any
other materials submitted or supplied by me (the “Submitted Materials”), in connection with the Project (as described above).

I confirm that I hereby assign all my rights in the Submitted Materials to the Photographer in perpetuity. I understand that the Submitted Materials
belong to the Photographer and can be used in and/or for any lawful purpose under applicable laws in the Photographer’s sole and absolute
discretion and creative control in determining, publicising, rescheduling, or cancelling my appearance, interview, or performance or in the editing
thereof across the world. I understand and agree that the Submitted Materials may be used and published on different platforms all over the world.
I understand that I have no right or interest in the copyright of the images and/or films created by the Photographer.

I consent to the use of the Submitted Materials by the Photographer for the purposes of publishing, advertising, publicity, promotion, and related
activities. For this purpose, I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my name, image or likeness appears.

I, irrevocably, give the foregoing consent free of compensation, and I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to
any use or exploitation of the Submitted Materials.

I hereby hold harmless and release the Photographer from any liability, petition, and cause of action in relation to the use of the Submitted Materials
which I or any other persons deriving authority from me may make. I will not contest any of the rights granted in this Form and shall assist and
support the Photographer in legal proceedings which may arise in respect of the validity or enforceability thereof.

This Form and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or
formation) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria. I agree with the Photographer that the
courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims)
arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter.
