    Please copy all the files in the zip folder to the root of a floppy disk.

    It won't
    work on CD-R or other media. Only floppy disks. Insert the disk to your floppy
    drive, power the laptop, when you see IBM logo, press ESC, then the system will
    unlock the EEPROM and you can do any changes you want after the software is loaded
    from the floppy disk.

    Enter the serial number with no dashes, as a complete sequence. Add two characters
    to the beginning of the sequence so that your mainboard will put it right.

    Eg. your system-type serial number: 2663-4RF FS-324RF


    enter it as: XX26634RFFS324RF
