Job Title: Analyst - Recruitment Sales & Business Development

Job Summary: The Analyst for Recruitment Sales & Business Development is a crucial role within our
organization, responsible for driving growth in our recruitment and staffing services. This position
combines the responsibilities of sales, business development, and data analysis to identify
opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our recruitment
team.

Eligible Candidates : 2022-24 MBA (All Streams) final year students who can join us from January
2024 onwards
Eligibility Criteria : Candidates must have scored min 70% ( 10th & 12th)

Working Conditions:- This role typically operates in an office setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
Fresher Candidates : Total CTC 7.6 Lacs P.A.
Fixed : 3.6 Lacs – Assured Cash in hand 30k (approx.)
Variable 4 Lacs - Paid out quarterly (1 lac)
