    PROPOSED ORDER FOR ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION


    MEDIATION

    The Plaintiff is petitioning the Court to order mediation for the parties within sixty (60)
    days. Should a party not have the authority to settle, someone with full authority to settle on
    behalf of that party must attend the ADR session along with the party.

    No party will see a continuance of the scheduled mediation without notice to this Court.
    If a party fails to appear at a duly noticed ADR session, the ADR Administrator shall notify the
    presiding Judge. The offending party may be subject to sanctions of contempt, the imposition of
    costs and fees of the neutral, and attorney fees.

    While compliance with this Order does not require settlement, the parties are directed to
    make a good faith effort to resolve any and all contested issues pending in this case.
