The VENDOR herein in pursuance of the receipt of full sale consideration, does hereby convey, transfer, assign the schedule Property to the purchaser to HAVE AND TO HOLD same absolutely forever. 2. The VENDOR have this day handed over the possession of the schedule property to use of the purchaser, their heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, ALL THAT piece and parcel of the schedule Property along with all the right, title, interest, property claim and demand, right of easement of whatsoever nature of the VENDOR in or upon the said property is hereby convey UNTO THE PURCHASER and their legal heirs, representatives, executors, assigns, absolutely and forever. The purchaser is at liberty to enjoy the same as absolute owner thereof by getting the khatha and other necessary documents of the schedule property transferred to his/her names and to pay in future to the concerned department as and when necessary 3. The VENDOR does hereby covenant and declare that the VENDOR have good and marketable title over the schedule property hereby conveyed unto the purchaser, their legal heirs, executors, administrators etc., in the manner aforesaid.
