Red meats are rich in saturated fat and raise your cholesterol
levels. You can substitute red meat for fish, poultry, which is what
you would eat protein. You can also get protein from other foods
such as vegetables, nuts, lentils, beans.
You should not eat junk food like hamburgers, fries, candy, and
soda and you should avoid eating artificial sugars for natural fruit
sugars in moderate proportions.
You must replace saturated fats with natural fats. You can
replace these healthier sources, omega-3s. These come from
poultry, olive oil, nuts, fish.
You can eat red meat but make sure it is low in fat. The cuts must
have a total fat content of 8% or less.
2. REMOVESUGARS
You should avoid dairy because they contain too much fat. You can
get the nutrients from low-fat dairy products.
You must eliminate the salt and replace with species such
as rosemary, pimimeta albaca, among others. Experiment
and you could find a combination that you like.
These are some ideas to be able to change our eating habits and
to be able to change the way we eat and to be more aware of our
health and to be able to have a better life. Everything begins
