Zoroastrianism also known as Mazdayasna is one of the oldest religions to ever

exist is a monotheistic faith (a single god). It is centered in a dualistic cosmol-


ogy (good and evil) and an eschatology that predicts the destruction of evil it is.

BELIFS
-They believe in angels, deamons and saviours similar to other religions such as
christianity and judism.

-They use the Avesta as their sacred text, it contains spells, hyms, rituals and
spells against deamons.

-They believe in a god called Ahura Mazda

PLACE OF WORSHIP

A fire temple in Zoroastrianism is the place of worship often called a Dar-e


mehr (persian) or agiyari, in this religion fire and clean water are agents of pu-
rity. They prey in Ashem Vohu (originaly composed in Avestan)
