Crème brulee

4 pc Egg yolks

50 gr Sugar

300 gr Cream

100 gr Milk

Pinch Salt

1/2 tsp Vanilla essence

Method:

1. Mix the egg yolks and sugar until well combine.

2. Warm the cream, milk, salt and vanilla essence in the saucepan. Then pour the mixture into the egg yolks,
mix well.

3. Sieve it to avoid any lumps. Pour the mixture into the ramekin and aluminium cup. Bake in water bath
method 160c for 35 minutes.

4. Once it's cool, sprinkles some sugar on top and melt the sugar with blow torch until caramelized.
