Subject: Notice of Resignation from Site supervisor

I'm writing to let you know that I'll be leaving my current position as a site supervisor at Ching
Yie Ceiling in 1 week. According to my notice period, my last day will be March 5, 2023. I've
decided to begin my journey toward a new profession that is more in line with my career
aspirations.

I would like to thank Ching Yie Ceiling Sdn. Bhd. for giving me the opportunity to work as a site
supervisor for the past month. I highly appreciate all of the important qualities I've learned during
my time under Mr. Gan supervision, all of which I will carry with me throughout my career. I
would also like to express my appreciation to my coworkers for their extra help during peak
season.

Besides that, I can make sure that all outstanding tasks will be completed before the end of my
notice period. I will do my best possible to ensure a smooth transition and will make all details,
information, and projects available to the person who will take over my role after I leave.I am
delighted to help with the transition process in any way I can.

I wish you and everyone at Ching Yie Ceiling Sdn. Bhd. all the best. I also hope the company
reaches the next level and continues growth. It's been a pleasure working very closely with you
