The amount of money taken to organisation 1 started at about 0.5 BL in 2008, after
which it experienced an increase to nearly 1 BL in 2009, followed by a decrease to
0,6 BL in 2010, and a final slightly decline to above 0.6 BL in 2011. Similar changes
can be seen in the figure for organisation 2, starting at roughly 0,8 BL in 2008, and
ending at hitting the highest point at over 2.5 in 2011.
