CLASSROOM ARRANGEMENT: How is the classroom arranged? Include seating chart and relevant
information about students important to consider when assigning seating/individual vs. group
seating/partner assignments:
Even though the classroom is set up in groups, there is a lot of individual work that students complete. During
spotlights (test) students use a vanilla folder to cover their work and minimize distractions. During most group
work, students will stay in their seats and collaborate on assignments. However, students are also able to
move around for group works (such as to the round table, the other tables, by the VIP desk, etc.
CLASS DEMOGRAPHICS: Collect information about your students related to the following demographics. Add
additional demographics not listed that are important to consider:

redirection to stay on task.
ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENTAL DATA TO CONSIDER RELATED TO STUDENT NEEDS (students overage due to
retention, students currently in their 2nd year in the grade level, outliers in behavioral age – birthday cluster
activity):
All students where born in 2012/2013 – therefore are 10-11 years old
- This means that the classroom should be designed for large cooperation
- Children can help to clean/organize/label
- Arrange furniture so children can work together in groups often
- Easy to move furniture
