Foreword

Dear students,

MSc programs train responsible managers who, through an #ATM

approach, are able to mobilise their acquired knowledge and skills to
apply them in an innovative way to a field, a function, a profession or a
sector in a globalized, digital and sustainable context. They are
approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and are
registered with France Compétences (as part of the MSc Set called
DESSMI).

The content of the training is structured around the “management by

innovation” core courses (new techniques and tools used,
consideration of new societal issues, transdisciplinary approach -dear
to ICN- allowing you to develop an original thought and a true open mind, pushing you to leave
your comfort zone) and practical activities related to the specialty of your MSc. As future
managers, you will therefore acquire a real «toolbox» to succeed in your future profession.

All the activities offered, whether they are interventions by experts from the business world,
business projects or site visits, contribute to your professional and personal development.
Integrating the world of work requires not only specialised knowledge or skills in a field («hard
skills») but also real behavioral skills («soft skills»).

Obtaining the MSc degree is subject to compliance with the academic regulations. Read them
carefully! All the educational choices you will have to make (choice of micro-certificates, internship,
thesis, etc.) must be considered according to your professional project and always in connection to
the MSc specialty you have chosen.

In the meantime, take every opportunity to progress. Be curious, open-minded and ready to take
on new challenges.

Have a great academic year!

Maxime Koromyslov
Director of MSc Programmes
