A Little Message of Christmas Joy!

The House of Christmas

This world is wild as an old wives' tale,

And strange the plain things are,
The earth is enough and the air is enough,
For our wonder and our war,
But our rest is as far as the fire-drake swings,
And our peace is put in impossible things,
Where clashed and thundered unthinkable wings,
Round an incredible star.

To an open house in the evening,

Home shall men come,
To an older place than Eden,
And a taller town than Rome.
To the end of the way of the wandering star,
To the things that cannot be and that are,
To the place where God was Homeless,
And all Men are at Home.

G.K Chesterton
Dearest Friend,

It is often said that Christmas comes but once a year, which indeed it does. If it
was to be Christmas every day, the magic of it would wear off fairly quickly
and it will be just another public holiday with nothing special about it.

But just another day it is not, Christmas is the ultimate celebration of Love and
Loving, of Giving and Forgiving, of Family and Belonging. Christmas is that
one day of the year when Man shimmers in all his Kind, Benevolent and
Loving brilliance.

The nice thing about Christmas, no matter how many times we get to celebrate
it, the warm feeling around this Special Day never get old. Regardless of how
difficult and strenuous the year might have been, come Christmas time,
everyone gets swept up in the euphoria of Yuletide festivity. Putting aside all
worries to bask in the warm glow this time represents.

We share whatever little we have with others, we embrace friends and family,
we renew the vows of Kinship and Friendship. As we renew these vows and
reaffirm our relations with one another, I want to wish you and your family a
Merry, Happy and Joyous Christmas.

Let this be a time to remind ourselves that there is hope still, that we can and
will indeed triumph if we have the will to do so. Christmas represents all that
is Good and Great about Humanity, let it also be a time to show all that is
Good and Great about each and every one of us.

Whether it is the best of times or the worst of times, it is Christmas, and

that’s all that really matters.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

Yours,
uHeine wakwaNtulini
