Circuit Training
Direction: Make your own circuit training plan (full body work-out) using the
template below. It must consist of the exercises we have discussed and with no
equipment needed. Do not change the time interval. There will be a REST after
each round. Make sure to only include exercises that you can do. You will perform
your circuit plan on our synchronous class on October 22, 2021.
